We provide a digital marketplace for users to list, search, and inquire about real estate properties. We do not participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and are not a party to any agreement between them.
In alignment with our commitment to simplicity and trust:

Exclusive Lead Routing: Any inquiry made by a user against a specific property listing shall be routed exclusively to the owner/authorized agent of that listing.

No Lead Recycling: Unlike traditional aggregators, the Platform does not "sell," "share," or "distribute" your leads to third parties or competitors.

Exception: If a user voluntarily chooses to inquire about multiple listings, their information will be shared with the respective owners of those specific listings only.

DPDP Compliance: All personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection of minimal necessary data for the purpose of property inquiries.
Users (Owners, Agents, and Seekers) agree to:

Accuracy: Provide truthful, current, and complete information. Falsifying ownership or using stock images to misrepresent a property is strictly prohibited.

RERA Compliance: For all commercial and residential projects falling under the ambit of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, users must display a valid RERA registration number.

Prohibited Content: Users shall not host, display, or upload any information that belongs to another person, is defamatory, obscene, or violates the IT Rules, 2021 (including content that threatens the unity or integrity of India).

No Confusion Policy: We aim for a clutter-free experience. Users are prohibited from using scripts, crawlers, or automated bots to scrape data from the Platform.

Ownership of Platform: The design, logo, and proprietary "fyndmyplace.com" interface are protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

"As-Is" Basis: The Platform provides information uploaded by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legal title, or physical condition of the properties listed.

Intermediary Protection: Under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000, the Platform is not liable for any third-party information, data, or communication link made available by us.
